ROSA lab. has released the new version of maintenance product “Sphere”. It is a part of ROSA distribution targeted to automate technical issues support requests and processing. This new version sets English as a default language. Previous “Sphere” version selected interface language according to operational system settings, and if it failed to do so – Russian was setas default. It turned out to be inconvenient for foreign users, so in new version English has a priority.
To date, languages represented in the distribution include: English by default, Russian and Portuguese. In the next version, "Sphere" will inform a user about the absence of localization for his language.
